Terms and Refund Policy

All fishing day trips will require a non-refundable $100 deposit per rod. Excursions will require varying deposits and The remainder of the trip fee needs to be paid before  boarding.

We reserve the right to cancel trips and excursions at any time for any reason. These reasons are usually wind, weather, swell, or regulation related, at which time rescheduling may be available and trip deposit(s) will be refunded if we can't reschedule,  if the trip is cancelled by Spicy's.

If a client can't make the trip and the seat does not get filled , Spicy's keeps the deposit.  Again there may be rescheduling we can do depending on circumstances.

If it looks like, ahead of time, that we will have a miserable day because of cold or wind, the fishing is bad, or there are no fish available at the time of a reservation,

then we will contact you to reschedule or refund.

We do not guarantee catching, that's why we call it fishing. You should be able to tell by our site that we catch fish consistently.

We do not give refunds for trips or excursions.

Gear is not returnable. Fish it!
